Bendigo Spritz

Ingredients
30ml Scapegrace x Prophet's Rock White or Red Vermouth
10ml Aperol or local aperitivo
Local sparkling wine
Soda water
Ice cubes
Garnish: 1 large slice of fresh orange and Pineapple or mango
Glass: Wineglass or stemless glass
METHOD

In a wineglass, pour in Scapegrace Vermouth and Aperol or your preferred local aperitivo.
Top up the glass with local sparkling wine and add a splash of soda. Fill the glass with ice cubes to keep it refreshing. Give the mixture a gentle stir to combine the flavours.
Garnish with a large slice of fresh orange. Optionally, add a pineapple or mango slice for an extra tropical twist.
