Ingredients

30ml Scapegrace Classic Gin

10ml Bergia Rubarbaro

15ml Scapegrace White or Red Vermouth

Dash of Fee Brothers Orange Bitters

Topped with soda water

Garnish: Fresh orange slice or zest

Ice: Cubed  

Glass: Highball

Build in a highball glass, add some soda water, pack with cubed ice and top with more soda water
