SCAPEGRACE VODKA SPRITZ
Ingredients

45ml Scapegrace Vodka
1 dash Peychaud bitters
30ml Pear syrup or Fresh Juice
20ml Scapegrace White Vermouth
15ml Honey Syrup
Soda water
Garnished: Fresh pear and mint
method

Add all ingredients to the glass, and pack the glass with ice to half way.
Top with soda to halfway, give it a quick stir and then pack further with ice.
Fill the remainder of the glass with soda and garnish with fresh pear and mint.
