Northburn Coupe

Ingredients:

  • 45ml Scapegrace Single Malt Whisky
  • 20ml Fresh lemon juice
  • 5 Fresh mint leaves
  • 20ml egg white
  • 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1)

Method:

Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake hard. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with mint and grated dark chocolate.
