MATCHA BRITTLE FIX
Ingredients

45ml Scapegrace Single Malt
20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
10ml Aquafaba or 20ml egg white
10ml 1:1 Sugar Syrup
Mint garnish / and powdered green tea

Add ingredients into shaker, dry shake, then add ice cubes and shake hard/
Strain into chilled coupe/rocks glass (with large ice cube), garnish with mint and powdered green tea (optional).
