40ml Scapegrace Single Malt

10ml Domain De Canton

Pinch of salt

Garnish: Fresh grapefruit zest and a preserved cherry

Add Scapegrace Single Malt, Domain De Canton & salt to a chilled mixing glass, pack with cubed ice, stir until glass is frosted, strain into chilled rocks glass over block ice or packed cubed ice.

Garnish with grapefruit zest and a preserved cherry.
