Eligibility:
- To join the Scapegrace UK Society, you must be at least 18 years old and hold a New Zealand passport. Additionally you must reside in the UK at the time of your application and provide a UK address. Membership is limited to one per person; multiple accounts may result in removal from the group.
Membership & Communication:
- Upon joining, you consent to Scapegrace adding you to the private Facebook group and including your email in our database.
- You agree to receive marketing communications from Scapegrace. You can opt-out of these communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions in our emails.

Membership Benefits:
- As part of our welcome offer, the first members to join will receive a complimentary 200ml bottle of Scapegrace Gin, subject to availability. This promotion is valid while stock lasts or until Scapegrace decides to conclude the offer.
- Bottles will be dispatched at the end of each month. Delivery times may vary depending on location and external factors.
- This offer is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be provided.
Giveaways and Competitions:
- S.U.S giveaways and competitions hosted in the Facebook group will have their own specific terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of each promotion.
- All competitions are conducted fairly and transparently, with winners chosen at random unless other factors stated. Any eligibility criteria or specific rules will be communicated prior to the start of the competition.

- Scapegrace is not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the dissolution of the group or any changes made to its operation.
