Wee Tassie
'Begin the day in pure style'
Ingredients:
- 30ml Scapegrace FORTUNA VI
- 60ml Mint Tea (cooled)
- 5ml Liquid Honey
- Dash of Oat Milk
Method:
Brew and cool the Mint Oolong Tea. Add tea, Scapegrace, and honey to a rocks glass. Stir, add ice, and top with Oak Milk. Garnish with shortbread.

Signature Highball
‘Afternoon staple as the sun breaks through’
Ingredients:
- 50ml Scapegrace DIMENSION VII
- Premium Soda
- Chocolate bitters
Method:
Fill a highball with ice and add Scapegrace. Top with soda and a dash of chocolate bitters. Garnish with lemon zest and mint sprig.

Northburn Coupe
‘The dinner party specialty’
Ingredients:
- 45ml Scapegrace FORTITUDE V
- 20ml Fresh lemon juice
- 5 Fresh mint leaves
- 20ml egg white
- 10ml Sugar syrup (1:1)
Method:
Dry shake all ingredients. Add ice and shake hard. Fine strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass over one large ice cube. Garnish with mint and grated dark chocolate.

Debonair Remastered
‘Ultimate cap to toast a great night’
Ingredients:
- 40ml Scapegrace DIMENSION VII
- 10ml Domaine De Canton Ginger Liqueur
- Pinch of salt
Method:
Combine all ingredients into a chilled mixing glass. Add cubed ice and stir until frosted. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over block ice or packed cubed ice. Garnish with grapefruit zest and a preserved cherry.
