- 50ml Scapegrace Yuzu Vodka
- 150ml East Imperial Tonic Water
or East Imperial Soda Water
Build in a highball glass over cubed ice or a Collins block. Garnish with a thin slice of fresh ginger and a sprig of mint. Keep it simple - less is more.
