Refund Policy for Scapegrace Distillery
At Scapegrace Distillery, we are committed to providing high-quality products and service. We handle refunds on a case-by-case basis, but generally, we only offer refunds if the item is defective or damaged in some way. We don't offer refunds for change of mind.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and offer a replacement. We may ask for photographic evidence of the defect for verification. If we are refunding you, it will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow 3-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. You will receive a confirmation of this.
