The “Scapegrace Win a Scapegrace Bundle” promotion gives you the chance to win a luxury Scapegrace Bundle worth €400 as outlined on the Scapegrace website, from time to time (the Promotion).
“Scapegrace” means The Gin Company Limited trading as Scapegrace Distillery Co.
Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
This Promotion is only open to residents in Europe aged 18 years of age or over. Participants must have a valid email address and postal address in Europe. Employees, officers, and contractors of Scapegrace (and their immediate families) are ineligible to enter.
The Promotion commences at 12pm on 1st June 2024 and ends at 12pm on 31 October 2024 (the Promotion Period).
To be eligible to enter, simply purchase any 700ml Bottle of Scapegrace Blood Moon Gin, during the Promotion Period and upload a photo of your receipt on the Scapegrace website (Website).
The ‘Prize’ includes Prize includes: 6 x 700ml bottles of Scapegrace (Scapegrace Gold Gin, Scapegrace Black Gin, Scapegrace Classic Gin, 2 x Scapegrace Blood Moon Gin, Scapegrace Fortuna Single Malt Whisky), Scapegrace sweatshirt, plus branded barware, including: jumbo ice mould, jigger, cocktail shaker. If prize is unavailable we will substitute with another prize of the same value: worth €400.
Scapegrace will work with the winners to arrange a suitable date for delivery.
The prize winner will be selected by a random draw.
Only the person who originally entered the Promotion can be awarded the prize.
The prize draws will be conducted at the Scapegrace premises, on the 31 October2024. Scapegrace Distillery’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Each prize winner will be responsible for paying any additional costs associated with the prize including but not limited to incidental costs outside of the prize.
Each prize winner will be contacted by email or phone. Where a prize winner cannot be contacted by email or phone within five days of the prize draw, the prize will be re-drawn.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash and shall not be used for resale or other commercial gain. If the winner is no longer able to redeem their prize for whatever reason, Scapegrace is not obliged to provide the winner with a substitute prize.
Scapegrace accepts no responsibility for and gives no warranties or representations regarding the prize. If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is disrupted or interfered with in any way, by a cause outside of Scapegrace Distillery’s reasonable control, it reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or recommence the Promotion. Scapegrace takes no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.
Scapegrace reserves the right to exclude any entrant from participating at its sole discretion. Scapegrace also reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to an entrant who is in breach of these terms and conditions, gained an unfair advantage in participating or won by using fraudulent means.
Subject to any applicable law which cannot be excluded, Scapegrace and their employees are not responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prizes. This includes falling ill with COVID-19 during the fulfilment of the prize. If the prize winner does not accept these terms and conditions the prize will be forfeited.
