ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for energetic, confident and outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent our alcohol brands in liquor stores. If you love meeting people, enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and have a genuine passion for great products, we'd love to hear from you.
As the face of our brand, you will engage with customers through product tastings, educate them on our range and share the story behind each product in a way that's authentic, fun and engaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-store product sampling and tastings.
- Engage customers with confidence and enthusiasm.
- Share the history, story, and unique qualities of our brands.
- Educate customers on flavour profiles, serving suggestions and different ways to enjoy our products.
- Create a welcoming and memorable brand experience.
- Set up, maintain and pack down sampling displays.
- Represent the brand professionally while bringing your own personality and positive energy to every shift.
- Follow all Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines and company policies.

What We're Looking For
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate is essential.
- Friendly, approachable and confident speaking with people.
- Positive attitude with an outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Passion for hospitality, events and sales.
