50ml Scapegrace Central Otago New Harvest

150ml Tonic Water (we use East Imperial Burma)

Method: Mix with cubed ice, garnish with fresh mint and lemon zest.

Bianca

An ode to the white Negroni, although light and refreshing

20ml Scapegrace Central Otago Early Harvest

15ml Americano Vermouth

Dash Orange bitters

Topped Soda Water

Method: Add ingredients to a chilled rocks glass, add large block of ice, top with soda, garnish with Grapefruit zest and an olive.

Late Harvest Hi - Ball

50ml Scapegrace Hawke’s Bay Late Harvest

150ml Tonic Water (we use East Imperial Yuzu Tonic)

Method: Mix with cubed ice, garnish with fresh blueberries.

Karamu Sip (Martini)

The Karamu is part of the Ngaruroro river that feeds water and nutrients to the Orchards of Havelock, famous for Pears and Stone fruit.

50ml Scapegrace Hawkes Bay Late Harvest

10ml Dry Vermouth

Dash of bitters (Hopped Bitters work well)

Method: Add ingredients to mixing glass, stir until mixing glass is frosted. Strain into glass, garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.
