Method: Add ingredients to a chilled rocks glass, add large block of ice, top with soda, garnish with Grapefruit zest and an olive.

10ml Dry Vermouth
Dash of bitters (Hopped Bitters work well)
Method: Add ingredients to mixing glass, stir until mixing glass is frosted. Strain into glass, garnish with a kaffir lime leaf.
